We are a husband & wife team with several years of experience renovating & rehabbing historical homes. After years of renovation we felt the natural progression of our business was to start building. 4S Homes may be a new builder in the Idaho Falls area but we have years of building & construction experience under our belts. We pride ourselves on quailty craftsmanship & meticulous attention to detail. We work closely with all our sub contractors throughout the build process to ensure schedules are met, workmanship is top notch & project details are transparent.
